In SAS^® Drug Development 4.1, when a new user is added to the system the /Users directory in the Repository is modified. The event is not being captured in the audit trail.

To see this issue:

1. Log on as user_a
2. Run a basic search (Search all locations in the repository) where Name = Users
3. Users, located in / is found
4. Make a note of the Modified By user
5. Log off
6. Log on as a user not = to the Modified By user you just noted
7. Create a new user
8. Run a basic search (Search all locations in the Repository) where Name = Users
9. Users, located in / is found
10. Make a note of the Modified By user
11. Value should be equal to the user that you are currently logged in as
12. Search the audit records for the update to the users directory
13. Click Administration > Audit History
14. Set Name = Users
15. Set Location = /
16. Click Find

Expected behavior, an audit record for the /Users directory. Actual behavior, nothing is found, which means the update to the /Users directory was not captured in the Audit History.
